Payment & Refunds
Full prepayment is required before I start working on your commission. Payment is accepted via PayPal only (USD).
Refunds are possible only at the sketch stage — if you decide to cancel at that point, 50% of the payment will be refunded (this covers time and work already done). Once the sketch is approved, no refunds are available.Process & Timing
Turnaround time may vary depending on complexity and personal circumstances, but I usually finish commissions within 1–2 months. Please keep this in mind when ordering and feel free to ask for updates if needed.Usage & Posting
The artwork is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is not allowed unless discussed and agreed upon in advance.
I reserve the right to post the finished artwork publicly (for portfolio or social media) unless we agree otherwise beforehand.References & Revisions
Please provide clear and sufficient references for your character to avoid misunderstandings.
Minor revisions are included at the sketch stage. Major changes (such as redesigns or significant pose changes) may require an additional fee.Communication & Boundaries
Clear and respectful communication is expected at all times.
If a client becomes rude, disrespectful, or violates my boundaries at any stage of the commission, I reserve the right to decline or cancel the commission.
In such cases, refunds will follow the same rules as stated above and depend on the current stage of the work.Credits & Style Notice
If you repost my artwork, please credit and tag me.
Also, keep in mind that your character may not look 100% identical to the reference — I always aim to keep them recognizable, but this reflects my personal art style.
